Ms. Amisha
Hello, my name is Amisha, and I enjoy teaching your children at A Child First Preschool in McKenzie Towne. I’ve been part of the A Child First Preschool family for over 10 years, and I have my diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, my family and I made Canada our home in 2011. I’m a proud mom to two amazing daughters, Ishita and Sia. Outside of the classroom, I love traveling, cooking, spending quality time with loved ones, and volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House and Drop-In Centre.
I am passionate about nurturing young minds and truly believe in the power of learning through play. Play based learning not only fosters academic growth but also supports children's social and emotional development. I value the unique qualities that each child brings and feel incredibly privileged to be part of their learning journey. With patience and care I strive to create a warm, engaging environment where every child feels seen, heard, and inspired.
