Hello, my name is Doris. I am the Assistant Teacher in the PM Kindercare and After School Care Program at St. Gianna School. I received my Child Development Assistant Certification in 2013. Since then, I have had a very rewarding career as a Teacher’s Assistant working in both Preschool and Junior Kindergarten classes. I also had the opportunity to work alongside an OOSC Program. I am dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, fun, and engaging learning environment for all children. I enjoy getting to know each child and watching them grow, learn, play, and make new friends.
My family and I moved to Calgary in 2004. I have a loving husband and two beautiful daughters. We love spending time together as a family camping in the summer, playing games, and going for walks in nature. I enjoy doing anything creative in my spare time. I also love gardening, cooking, and photography.
I am excited to be a part of the A Child First OOSC team and look forward to meeting and getting to know all the children and families at St. Gianna School.
